Your Saving Grace

Hannah Paxton witnessed a murder at the age of eighteen that changed her life. Now, at forty-eight, she is called to trial as the forewoman of the jury in a case similar to the one she witnessed years before. But this time, judging the guilty haunts her more than witnessing the actual crime.

Detective Jude Brenner is called in when Hannah receives hate mail and telephone messages from what she assumes is the media. The area people don’t like the fact that businessman James Barton was sent to prison, and they single handedly blame Hannah as the cause.

When Hannah is attacked outside her own home and left for dead in freezing temperatures, it puts everything in perspective. Jude may be on light duty with the police, but protecting Hannah from an alleged killer is his number one priority. He only had to convince those around him that he’s capable.

The world that YOUR SAVING GRACE envelops you in will leave you curious and astounded as the case of Hannah’s attacker unwinds. Hannah is as tenderhearted as she is bullheaded, while Jude learns to love for the first time by her example. J. L. Wilson did an excellent job keeping me guessing until the very end of the “who done it” story. Comprised of great writing and a wonderful story, YOUR SAVING GRACE isn’t to be missed. Thumbs up for J.L. Wilson for writing a shocking end!
