In the TRAIL OF THE TUDOR BLUE Ms. Roman takes us on a trip to recover a diamond in the south of France. Simple right? Wrong! Ardis learns very quickly whom she can and can’t trust and there are a lot more on the can’t list and most of the cans are a solid maybe at best! Try as she might Ardis begins to develop feelings for James, a “recovery agent”, and has to decide to trust him with not only the diamond but her heart as well!

This complexly written journey was a fun read! It has just enough of all of the elements, mystery, love, and  ‘should she or shouldn’t she?’ to keep me engaged though out the entire novel!  While at times the story could seem a bit slow the overall all effect was a marvelously written action packed novel that is truly worth a second read.

Ms. Roman gives us just enough detail without going overboard into a history lesson to give the ambiance depth and appeal without making the reader work to get to the heart of the story! If you love diamonds, hot men, and women being chased by thugs this is a story to be added to your need to be read pile!
