A sharp bolt of lust shot through Caleb Ryder faster than the speed of lightning when Emma Garcia stepped out of her beat up Bronco in his driveway.  The last thing he expected was to find her seeking the job of being his cook.  He did not have the heart to turn her away and hired her on the spot, needing her help more than anything.  The ex-marine may know his way around a ranch and military tactics, but he is clueless in the kitchen.

I love stories that keep me on the edge of my seat,  anxious to find out what happens next.  Katie Reus builds the reader’s anticipation from page one when Caleb first spots Emma coming down his drive.  The suspense is riveting and the sex is off the charts.  RUNNING FROM THE PAST is a great story and it is not to be missed.
