Detective Connor Galbraith is a man who values logic and reason, but, his disbelief in the occult is challenged. Simone Spencer, a woman claiming to be a psychic, helps Connor return a young kidnap victim to her mother's arms, making  Connor rethink his beliefs. As his case is not challenging enough, he finds the psychic woman to be affecting him on many levels, especially romantically.

Simone grew up being told to hide and deny her visions. She had left her position teaching math at Yale to live with and co-own a shop with her grandmother and twin great-aunts. With their guidance she is finally allowed to explore her gift and learn how to control it. Her untrained visions may bring more then she thought possible. Will her visions alert them to the danger that may be unavoidable?

Right away CROSSING THE LINE pulled me in and wouldn't let go. Catherine Stang's potent and heart felt words made CROSSING THE LINE an amazing read. It had all the elements of a good story; action, passion, danger, tenderness and mystery. The clever, unpredictable plot took me on a journey while the witty dialog kept the story moving. Overall CROSSING THE LINE was written with class and style. The connection between Simone and Connor was exhilarating. The heat between them was sizzling with emotion. You can't go wrong with adding this book to your collection.
