Scientist Marion Kagan gets more than she bargained for when she signed up for a secret project.  With all of her friends and co-workers killed in front of her eyes and no way out of the secret facility, she is determined to find a solution to her problem.  Marion is a highly intelligent young lady.  She is seriously injured from her attackers but she has one weapon they do not know about: her identical twin sister.  While unconscious, Marion dreams of the man she fell in love with while stranded in an airport.  Will Marion be able to enlist her sister’s help to save her from dying in an underground facility?  Or is her destiny to die far beneath the topside before she can tell Mark how she really feels?

Mark has just arrived back home from a tour of duty in Iraq.  He has no idea what direction his life will be taking.  He was offered a permanent position in his hometown’s police department, but he is not sure if that is what he wants to do anymore.  Lately he has been thinking about the woman in the airport that had a profound affect on him.  Only he soon discovers that she has been killed in a freak accident.  But when an unexpected phone call turns his world upside down, he is determined to learn the truth of what really happened to Marion, the only woman who has captured his heart.  Will Mark discover too late what happened to Marion?  Or will love and determination save the woman he is falling in love with?

BLIND EYE is a very unique and intriguing tale that had me turning the pages quickly to see how the story would end.  Jan Coffey offers her readers a very unique twist on suspense with a small amount of romance thrown in.  I loved the concept of this mysterious tale.

I enjoyed reading all the characters within BLIND EYE.  They are charming and have distinctive qualities about them.  And each offers a different view into the problems they are facing.

If you are looking for a non-traditional romance with a distinctive plot, then I would recommend BLIND EYE.
