Sam is finally with the man he lusted after, Dr. Bo Broussard.   Unfortunately for Sam, Bo is very much still in the closet.   Sam tries to be patient with Bo and support him as Bo works through his feelings – something made all the harder by the arrival of Dean.   Dean Delapore, the newest addition to BCPI is hot and a flirt and makes no secret of his attraction to Sam.   What Sam finds hard to deal with is his attraction to Dean - whilst he is sure he is falling in love with Bo.

The teams called in to investigate the disappearance of several teenagers from South Bay High School .   Events that transpire lead Sam and the team to believe another trans dimensional portal might have opened within the school. If they are right then Sam’s complicated love life might end up as the least of his worries.

Ally Blue does it again! WHAT HIDES INSIDE is another fast paced journey into Bay City Paranormal Investigations.   Two stories interweave beautifully to make this story a fantastic read.   Ms Blue seems to effortlessly give characters life’s that draw the readers in and make you care about them.   The new character will fast become a reader’s favorite, with his quick wit and cheeky persona – I certainly liked him, a great addition to an already great series.

As before, I can't wait to read the next installment in this series.   They leave you with the satisfaction of having had a good read but also eager for the next one.   I highly recommend this series, reading order is OLEANDER HOUSE (book 1) and then WHAT HIDES INSIDE (book2).   However, Ms Blue writes so well that readers should have no trouble starting on WHAT HIDES INSIDE – top tip though read them all or miss a treat.
