Miko Bastian has been ordered by his brother to become bodyguard to prominent Parker Thorn's daughter. If he does his job well, it will bring big business to their company. THORN'S KISS from Myla Jackson is rip roaring hot! This story had a very intriguing storyline to it. I loved the fear Talia carried of her father discovering her secret life. It was very edgy and I became very addicted! Miko is such an alpha male. He's a perfect contrast to Talia in every way. This fact is what I think really draws the two of them together. The passion just explodes between them. Talia discovers in Miko someone she can confide in, someone that understands her and someone she can just be her true self with, with no recriminations. There is a very gripping sub-story to THORN'S KISS that adds a lot of mystery and thrills to everything happening between Talia and Miko. Other werewolves are being killed, there are pack wars going on and Talia and Miko are caught in the thick of it.
