Lizzie Brown’s life was normal up until she turned thirty years old and then she learned that she possesses demon destroying powers.  Oh sure, becoming a demon slayer is quite a stretch from being a preschool teacher, but Lizzie is up for the challenge.  There’s just the little issue of her having no clue what she’s doing and demon slaying doesn’t come with a manual.

Lizzie has a terrific support system in her Harley-riding granny and her biker gang, her griffin boyfriend Dimitri and her feisty Jack Russell terrier Pirate.  However, when it comes to her abilities and the rules governing witchcraft she’s on her own – as she quickly discovers.  It seems that before you’re allowed to slay demons you’re supposed to possess a license.  Lizzie is completely unaware of this little issue until she catches granny trying to feed her acquired tickets into a garbage disposal.  How is she supposed to pass some licensing test when no one’s taught her anything – and as luck would have it, granny believes in ‘on-the-job training?’

It’s imperative that Lizzie travel to Las Vegas to save her uncle from the soul sucking succubi who are taking it over but first she has to obtain a license.  Unfortunately without any real knowledge of everything being a demon slayer entails passing the test is impossible.  She’s manages to get a permit though and as long as granny’s present can go about her demon slaying activities.

The whole situation becomes more complicated when Dimitri decides to venture to Las Vegas ahead of everyone else to handle the succubi problem himself.  This is a battle he can’t win alone and that fact creates its own complications.  Lizzie feels like she’s on a treadmill going nowhere and answers to her questions aren’t forthcoming.  She can’t possibly be the only demon slayer who’s found herself in this sort of position.  There may not have been a manual for her to follow but there will be by the time she’s done.

THE DANGEROUS BOOK FOR DEMON SLAYERS is the eagerly anticipated sequel to THE ACCIDENTAL DEMON SLAYER.  Readers get the opportunity to revisit all the characters you know and love already and join in on their hysterical romp through Sin City.  There’s no way you won’t be utterly charmed by this quirky cast of characters and quickly become caught up in Lizzie’s antics as she is thrown head-long into demon slaying.   Even if you haven’t read the first book in this series I think you’ll still get a real charge out of THE DANGEROUS BOOK FOR DEMON SLAYERS.  Angie Fox charms readers with her uniquely humorous storyline and outrageous characters that steal their way into readers’ hearts.  I have to confess I’m anxious to delve into more of Ms. Fox’s storylines in the near future – they’re demonically good J
