Captain Rojan Da’ jar has a good life running black market cargo on his ship but lately he has been feeling lonely. When Rojan sees an untrained human at an auction house during a cargo run he is intrigued. He decides that what he needs is a pet to keep him company through the long boring nights—someone who he can train to satisfy him. He decides to buy the human before the auction even begins.

Tyion is confused and very scared. He was kidnapped from his home in the middle of the night gagged, blindfolded, and suspended naked from a ceiling. He has no idea what is happening to him or why he has been taken. He knows someone is looking at him and touching in intimate ways but when his blindfold is removed he is shocked to come face to face with a large alien. He is further shocked to learn that he has been sold into slavery and that he is now considered little more than property.

Rojan is shocked to realize that this small primitive human is not just a pet but he is also his mate. Rojan must find a way to convince Tyion not only of his importance but that the two of them belong together even if to the outside world they must remain master and slave.

SLAVE AUCTION is my new favorite novel by author Stormy Glenn. This is the first novel in the SPACED OUT FOR LOVE series. This novel combines two of my favorite elements aliens and werewolves. It’s a combination I couldn’t resist. I found myself drawn into the story right away. The author has created an intriguing sci-fi world filled with many different but believable alien species. At first Rojan seems somewhat cold but it quickly becomes obvious that he can be very caring and that wants a real relationship with his mate. I immediately sympathized with Tyion as a character. He is faced with an impossible situation but he is determined to fight his status as a slave. He is determined to be seen as a real person and an equal to Rojan. I look forward to future stories in this series.
