Daisy is finally free from her marriage to the horrid Lord Craigmore. She is overjoyed to be rid of him and delighted that she can now experience many of the things that were lacking in her life. Daisy allows herself to get carried away by the moment at a ball. Unfortunately, a passionate encounter soon turns into a nightmare for Daisy when she sees a creature mauling the inert form of her best friend. Before she has a chance to react, the creature spots her and rushes at her.

Ian Ranulf is out for a run when he hears a woman screaming nearby. He immediately changes direction to come to her aid. It quickly becomes clear to Ian that there is a werewolf involved in the murders, something he can tell since he is a werewolf himself. Ian removes Daisy from the scene of the crime, and that is where his fascination with her begins. Ian and Daisy are hiding things from one another, and if they do not reveal their secrets, it could very well be the end of them both.

MOONGLOW is the second novel in Kristen Callihan's thrilling DARKEST LONDON series. I love the mood and the mysteriousness of the characters in MOONGLOW. From the beginning we know that Ian is a werewolf who struggles to keep his beast locked within, but what we do not know is that Daisy is hiding some juicy secrets of her own. I was enthralled at each twist and turn in MOONGLOW, and it really kept me on edge to the very end. It was a sad thing when I finally laid this novel down. I hope there is more to come in the DARKEST LONDON series.
