Leo Mitchell was becoming obsessed with the woman who would become his mate. According to Saber the mates would come together much like opposite ends of a magnet. His seemed to be in hiding. What does she look like and what kind of personality did she have? These are just some of the questions plaguing him.
Isabella is working hard on ignoring Leo right now. She sensed he was her mate but the timing is off. She must make sure Tomasine Mitchell and her family are kept safe. To that end she has arranged a showdown meeting with Mika, the cause of all the problems. A day in Queenstown should do the trick. Unknown to her, Leo is also arranging a trip to Queenstown. He sensed his mate there once maybe he could get a sense of her again. When he does, he's not sure if he’ll kiss her silly or throttle her for making him go through this anxiety. Leo’s brother and his mate are in hiding because there is a hit out on Tomasine. Will the Mitchell's be able to stop Mika’s plans? Will Isabella’s showdown go as planned? Will Isabella let Leo come close?
MIDDLEMARCH MATES: ASSASSIN has proven to be an erotic as well as sensual read. Ms. Munro continues to satisfy her fans so completely. There is passion, intrigue, mystery, romance and all of them intertwined with the paranormal element. To top it off it has a realistic flare to it that gives you the sense that such could actually be happening behind closed doors so to speak. This story was very well done and I look forward to more in the MIDDLEMARCH MATES line of stories. A great episode and many kudos given if only I could do so I would. I will do my best to get in on our recommended read list since I am that pleased with this story.
