I could tell that they were meant to be together but they were both so hard-headed that they were standing in their own way. I wanted to slap both of them and tell them your soul mate is right here! However, then the story would only have been two pages and that would have been awful. Instead, there was a great amount of action, adventure, romance and some scorchingly hot sex scenes. B.J. and Miranda, when they come together, are like a ship coming home in the night. The sex is sweet yet powerful, making me feel like these two were meant for each other for always. When Miranda goes on her adventures to look for her missing pearl, some of the sex scenes, while they took my breath away, left me feeling as incomplete as Miranda did. As a reader, I could "feel" Miranda's disappointment in these sexual escapades. Desiree Holt is the most amazing erotica author of our time and each story is more fulfilling then the last.
