Megan has one last task to perform before clearing her family’s blood debt to the Altor Custodis. It seems like a simple enough job; to get close enough to vampire Dante D’Angleterre to find out what he knows about the disappearance of mage Patrick Vabian. Megan is about to learn that there is nothing simple about the very sexy and seductive Dante.
Dante D’Angleterre is returning to New York City after a fierce battle in which he discovered that he had been set up and used by the treacherous group Venifucus and the human mage Patrick Vabian to do their dirty work. After switching sides and being reunited with his old friend, the half-fey knight Duncan, Dante is finally beginning to make peace with himself and his tragic past. His peace won’t last long though, as someone is out to get Dante, and they won’t be satisfied until he is destroyed.
A not-so-chance encounter at a NYC nightclub leads Megan and Dante into a desperation to consummate their powerful sexual chemistry, but before they can act on it, Dante is attacked. His life is saved…..by Megan. Megan now has the opening she needs to carry out her mission, but after spending days...and nights, with Dante and Duncan, she soon finds out that some things are becoming more important to her than duty. Things like goodness, friendship, honor and most of all, Dante.
INFERNO is the follow-up story to LORDS OF THE WERE and with INFERNO, author Bianca D’Arc has penned an incredibly riveting and steamy story. Fast-paced, emotional and very, very sensual, INFERNO is definitely not for the faint of heart. However, anyone looking for a well written, action-packed, paranormal romance will be more than satisfied with this gem of a novel.
