Rose loves Jason with all her heart yet she doesn’t know how long she can handle his obsession that Simon is still alive after seeing his dead body.  She is looking forward to the kids coming home again.  The house has been too quiet without their bickering and bantering with on another.

Jason has become a bitter man.  He has recurring nightmares of hunters killing his pack.  He firmly believes that Simon has survived and is out there, just waiting for the right moment to enact his latest plans to destroy the pack.  He cannot explain it, he can only feel it.

There is a lot of tension between Jason and Rose because of the nightmares Jason has been having, as well as his obsession with Simon.  Rose wonders sometimes if marrying Jason was the right thing.  There is so much tension between them now.  She doesn’t like him going out and hunting down the hunters to kill them.  It has been years since there has been trouble with the hunters.  Why can’t Jason let it be?  Will the nightmares ever stop?  Will Jason lay his obsession to rest and enjoy his life?

Ms. Wolf has produced another fine story.  HUNTER’S MOON packs all the requirements for an awesome read.  Is this the conclusion of her series?  I sincerely hope not.  Her cast of characters have become like treasured old friends.  The raw power of this book alone is enough to make it to my bestsellers list.  Mystery, action, intrigue and shape shifters make an awesome read.  I highly recommend this book to all who enjoy this brand of paranormal books.
