Miranda Kenzic is in battle when she is injured. Waiting for The Alliance Medical ships to come through and pick up the injured she hears a roar of a ship. Instead of her home ship she sees the Raider vessels that are looking for slaves and she is a sitting duck.

Miranda is sold on the auction block and is bought by a big green blob named Kimn. He only wants her to cook, clean and be nice to his business associates. Miranda is happy to do this for six months till her slave collar can be removed and she can go home.

One day Kimn calls her to see him. He has a job for her to do. He has an Enjel named Myrik for her to sleep with. He only wants her to keep the Enjel warm. Enjels need warmth especially young ones. So Miranda agrees to do this. She falls for Myrik. He is a sweet guy and is happy to be with her. Her duties are lighter and she enjoys his company.

Miranda has only three weeks until she is released when Kimn calls her and Myrik to see him. Another Enjel has arrived and wants to take Myrik with him but Myrik will not go without Miranda. So the Enjel called Osias, who is Myriks guardian, buys Miranda and Myrik and takes them to his home. Osias is captivated by Miranda’s beauty. He wants to have sex with her but Myrik says that Miranda is his. Miranda does not know what to do. She is attracted to Osias but does not want Myrik unhappy. Can Miranda hold out until her collar comes off?  Does she really want to?

Guardian Enjel Part One by Viola Grace is a book that you will not want to put down. It keeps you reading until you are finished and wondering if there is more to come. I was captivated by the way that Ms. Grace keeps the reader hanging on for more. Miranda and Myrik hit it off from the first and you wonder if there could be more between then. Then suddenly she throws you off with the arrival of another Enjel. Ms Grace, I love this story and hope to read more stories in the future.
