Caleb Marshall is a werewolf. He is also a ghost who was killed by his cousin in 1933. His spirit has stayed on Earth for seventy-five years seeking a way to avenge his death. He has watched Quinn travel back and forth through the portal several times and he is drawn to her. Both Caleb and Quinn are attracted to one another, but Quinn knows that there is no chance of a future with a phantom. She vows to stay away from Caleb. That changes when Caleb acquires the body of a recently murdered man. Quinn desperately longs for love with Caleb. However, she fears that Caleb's thirst for revenge against the
Marshall family will destroy any chance they might have.
They discover that the murdered man was an undercover agent investigating a terrorist plot against the U.S. Government. Caleb realizes that he must set aside his differences with the
Marshalls in order to stop the pending terrorist attack. Can Caleb let go of his need for vengeance against the
Marshall family? Can he forge a life in this new world with his life-mate by his side? Can their love survive the horrible mockery that Caleb believes that fate has dealt him?
GHOST MOON is a fascinating and innovative spin on the werewolf tale. The ghost of a werewolf finds his life-mate in a living woman. The hurdles that must be overcome in this relationship seem insurmountable, yet Rebecca York traverses those obstacles with style and aplomb. Caleb and Quinn’s story is wonderful and seized my attention from the first page. I was so caught up in this remarkable story that I stayed up until the early morning hours in order to get to the end. I have been looking forward to Quinn’s story since she was introduced in
York’s novella titled “Huntress Moon” from the Elemental Magic anthology. GHOST MOON lived up to all of my expectations. This is a hauntingly beautiful love story that should not be missed!
