FROM DEAD TO WORSE is the latest adventure for Sookie. Her life has never been exactly normal but she’s finally found people and shifters who don’t think she is strange because of her abilities. She’s smart and resourceful and can certainly take care of herself. Her brother isn’t very supportive but her friends pull through for her when her life is in danger. Bill and Eric seem to show a renewed interest in Sookie which only makes her love life even more complicated. Besides, she’s involved with Quinn, or is she? His disappearance is troubling but when she finds him, she wonders if they have a chance at happiness. Niall brings a whole new side to Sookie and I believe his presence will have infinite consequences in future books. However, the last chapter brings an unexpected character into the mix and I really hope he will have a bigger role in Sookie’s life. FROM DEAD TO WORSE is another great Sookie novel and I believe it will not disappoint any of Ms. Harris’ diehard fans.
