Bane is a dragon with the ability to shift into a human being. He’s had a very long life, today walking the hall to the Grand Council chamber has brought memories both good and bad. He had resigned his territory over a season ago, yet here he is again about to enter the chamber.
The council wants Bane back on the roster. Dargo and his rider haven’t checked in and they want him because he knows the forest well. This thrill seeking kept me riveted to my seat turning the pages to unveil this mystery almost as if I couldn't read fast enough to end my torment. I had to discover the truth and feel the passion held in this mesmerizing story. Ms. Rayne has sharpened her pen well in the telling of this adventure.
