Trent Arnot is a British Intelligence Agent within the special division of MI-5.  He has been chasing a lunatic who is killing women that are related to him.  He travels to America to protect the last woman in the family tree.  The prophecy that he has been taught since he was a young boy has started and he must ensure that Simone Walker is able to become the Dragon Dancer that she was born to be.  Trent will fulfill his destiny, but he is determined to not let love into his life.  Will Trent realize too late that his love for Simone could be the key to unlock a curse that has befallen the Ancient and Dragon Dancer for centuries?

DRAGON DANCER is a beautifully written fantasy romance that had this reader turning the pages quickly to see what would happen next.  Julie Korzenko pens a charming tale with charismatic characters that are surrounded by mayhem, mystery, ancient magic and a romance that will leave you breathless.  The secondary characters are just as vibrant as the main characters.  I laughed, tensed when things were going wrong and sighed when true love won the day.

Simone is a strong woman, who is willing to do whatever it takes to keep the people she loves safe.  She knows in her heart that she loves Trent for who he is and not what some prophecy has ordained for them.  But she must convince him that it is true love.

Trent is a sexy and stubborn man who is afraid to look too closely at what his heart is telling him.  He is willing to fulfill his part in the prophecy, but he is not willing to open his heart and let true love shine.

I highly recommend DRAGON DANCER to everyone.  It is a beautiful tale that will enthrall you with its rich details and heart-stopping romance.   I cannot wait for the next book in this series.
