Autum McGinnis wants to help in her friends' crusade against the Esri. However, she's not Sitheen so she generally helps on the research end of things. In fact, it's got me anxiously anticipating yet more books about the Sitheen and the Esri. Autumn and Kade are pulled together from the very beginning. They each have their reasons for trying to stay apart, but fate has other plans for them. Kade struggles with his attraction to Autumn and his need to do his duty to his Court. Which will win over his heart, the home he's always known, or the woman he's coming to care for?
