Circe's Charm

Penelope is gossiping with Herman at the office.  They talk about other people’s affairs and deep desires.  Herman gives her a gift certificate that was sent to him for a store that sells books, she has a passion for rare books.

Circe desires a woman who doesn’t normally go for other women.  She’s attracted to Penny.  She is a witch.  The Trickster and the Nymph are trying to convince her to make a play for Penny.  Will she give it a try?

Penny follows a path to a castle, drawn onward into its depths by an unseen voice whispering in her ear.  Sometimes it sounds like a man other times like a woman.  She is brought to a room with a table that had been set for dining.  Somewhat confused she wonders did I have dinner here?  Kirke is the man’s name or is it the woman Circe that she listens to?  Will Penny allow her desires to lead her into something new?  Or has this just been an erotic dream?

Ms Gilmore tantalizes the senses very well with CIRCE’S CHARM.  I think I might have learned something new.  Despite the fact that her characters were otherworldly they had touches of realism.  Kirke and Hermes are men any woman would love to find themselves deserted with on an island.
