Aidan is pretty surprised when he realizes that the cute girl who appeared out of nowhere at his garage is actually a witch. He is even more surprised when she tries to bespell him into driving her over to the next state, apparently not realizing that Aidan is a werewolf and thus immune to her magic. Aidan decides to play along for awhile, hoping that maybe he’ll get a chance to share more than a motel room with Sophia. It isn’t long though before Aidan’s inner wolf starts making it known to Aidan that Sophia isn’t just a sexy babe - she is their mate.

 

As they make their way to the Covenhouse Inn, Sophia finds herself quickly falling for Aidan, but feeling very guilty for using magic on him. Knowing that there is no way a relationship between them will work, she prepares herself to never see Aidan again. As for Aidan, he is determined to make Sophia his own, even if interspecies matings are frowned on. Aidan is ready to fight anyone to claim her - even if he has to fight Sophia herself.

 

BROOMSTICK BREAKDOWN is a fun and enjoyable story. It is filled to the brim with humor, hot love scenes, witches, werewolves and even a dragon! I haven’t had the opportunity to read any stories by Ms. Langlais before, but after enjoying this one so much, I will definitely be keeping an eye out for more. If you are looking for a sexy paranormal to read this time of year, BROOMSTICK BREAKDOWN is a perfect choice to read on a chilly autumn night. It is sure to warm you right up.
