Beowulf is not your average guy; in fact he’s a werewolf. When Roxie walks into his club he knows that she is his mate in every way. Fearing that she will run from him if she finds out what he truly is, Beowulf decides to take it slow. There is one problem that stands in the way, werewolves and humans are not meant to mix and there will be some opposition to taking Roxie as a mate.
This is a fun tale with a slight element of danger. Roxie can be easily identified with on any level and that makes her a very likable character. Beowulf is crafty and fervent about having Roxie as his mate. The mystery of whether or not Roxie will be accepted in the pack accents the plot. Roxie and Beowulf are an alluring couple and their seductive love scenes will capture your attention. Marisa Chenery has done an excellent job of writing a bewitching story of paranormal love and adventure.
