This book definitely keeps the focus on Gabriel and Virginia, so readers should not feel too lost if they have not read the previous siblings’ stories. Gabriel and Virginia are a fun couple to read about. They just have this natural charisma together that makes the pages of the story shine. Their conversations are natural and make their love story engrossing. I did not want to turn away from the heat they generated. Fortunately, there is clearly an emotional recognition between them right away and it helps take their chemistry to the next level. There is a lovely secondary romance in this book that complements the main storyline, plus adds another layer of enjoyment to the story.
TO WED A WILD LORD is another exciting historical adventure from Sabrina Jeffries. She knows how to keep readers hanging on for more!
