THE NAKED series continues with the zany exploits of staid John Parker-Roth and Margaret Peterson as they stumble along on the road to romance. Parks and Meg are priceless in their naiveté; they truly believe they are mismatched, while everyone else sees the attraction both try desperately to deny. I laughed, I cried, and I enjoyed every moment of this fabulous love story. The passion is explosive and the tension stays edgy whenever the protagonists share a scene. The snappy dialogue is Mackenzie’s trademark, with witty thrusts and parries exchanged on all fronts. The storyline kept me on my toes, wondering if the couple is going to make a success of it or not. For a rousing good read you must not pass THE NAKED GENTLEMAN. Sally Mackenzie is truly a must buy favorite for this reader.
