Though her family scoffs at her prediction, Elizabeth has an uncanny knack for her dreams coming true or half true at times. When she finally comes face to face with the man, it is to learn he is already spoken for, by the Royal Princess. Elizabeth is a resourceful girl, and she sets out to make her own happily ever after with the man of her dreams.

Sumner is in London to protect his cousin, Prince Leopold, while he courts the Royal Princess Charlotte. And if some mistake Sumner for Leopold he is prepared to let them believe it true, for someone wants Leopold dead. When he meets the lovely Elizabeth Royle, it is attraction at first sight, and though he has a job to do in protecting his cousin, when Elizabeth’s life is threatened Sumner’s loyalties are put to the test.

Elizabeth and Sumner’s love story captured me from the first meeting. I was intrigued by these two lovers who were apparently meant to be together but find themselves forbidden to be together. HOW TO PROPOSE TO A PRINCE is an exciting blend of passion, romance and intrigues and adds a touch of a fairy tale with the courtship of Prince Leopold and Princess Charlotte. Though this is the third book in the series, Elizabeth’s story will stand alone. The fertile mind of author, Kathryn Caskie paints a picture of the Regency period with all its pomp and ceremony, lending excitement of a by-gone era to the story. I thoroughly enjoyed HOW TO PROPOSE TO A PRINCE and recommend it to anyone who loves a good solid love story.
