After arriving in the hotspot where Jimmy is being held Carly and Trey have no choice but to take their masquerade as a married couple farther than either had anticipated. That one night that had started as an act of duty ignited feelings between them that neither were expecting but don’t want to let go of either.
Of all three of the book this one was the most emotional to read. The feelings between Carly and Trey are much harder for them to accept due to how the relationship started and the feelings of another team member’s who thought of Carly as his own. This is a fantastic series that I would recommend to anyone that loves a man in uniform!
