Logan can’t hide his initial resentment of Gina when she first begins working with his son.  He can’t forget the way she left him with a broken heart during a very difficult time in his life.  Neither can he help the bitterness of losing his young wife when they were just beginning their family.  Seeing Gina working with his son, witnessing the kind, gentle and loving woman that he fell in love with all those years ago, he starts to wonder if they could possibly have a future together.  First, they have a multitude of issues and hurts to work through.

 

Karen Rose Smith has written a beautiful love story with THE TEXAS BILLIONAIRE’S BABY.  Gina and Logan share a past and Ms. Smith has smoothly blended their previous relationship and subsequent heartache into the story. Friends and relatives are integral to the story and add a realistic richness.  This book shouldn’t be missed by any romance reader looking for a satisfying story of forgiveness and renewed love.  THE TEXAS BILLIONAIRE’S BABY is the fourth book in Ms. Smith’s “The Baby Experts” series, but not having read the previous three books, I can assure readers that it stands alone successfully.  That said, I have to admit that I will nevertheless be  getting the previous books in the series very soon, having enjoyed this one so much!
