No Matter What

After a disasterous breakup cost her her job, Jaden despaired of ever getting another job as a physical therapist again, until a stranger approached her in a bar with an offer she couldn’t turn down. All she had to do was rehabilitate his fourteen year old daughter who had lost her leg to cancer. If she was able to do this, she would be paid one million dollars. Not only that, she would be in a position to finish a project that was very important to her. The only catch? Her new boss was the handsomest man she had ever seen, but she had learned the hard way not to mix her love life with her work. Will Jaden be able to move on to see the good that might come with Adam? Will she be able to complete Emily’s rehab in the time allotted?

There is nothing worse then watching your child suffer, and not being able to fix it. Adam was intimately familiar with that pain, and was determined to do whatever it took to make sure that his little girl got to have a normal life again. But when his feelings for her new therapist start to go beyond a professional relationship, will he be able to deal with the boundaries that Jaden sets?

With a sweetly romantic storyline, secondary characters that enrich the story, and scorching love scenes, NO MATTER WHAT is an enjoyable read from start to finish. Emily’s character made me laugh more then once, and you really had to admire her for her determination to walk again after her cancer. I also really liked Jaden, because she was so driven to help people no matter what. Her attraction for Adam was so hot that the pages almost start smoking! Adam was a bit harder to warm up to, just because he could be so domineering at times, but by the end of the story, I completely fell in love with him. Well done!
