When she finds herself alone, she quickly comes to the conclusion that having put up with a lot over the years, it’s time to finish her holiday and give her heart a chance to heal.  

Daniel Robertson, long time friend to the owners and yearly visitor to the mountain ski resort of SnowPeaks, is literally run over, when he is asked to help find strays out on the mountain.

When he gets a handful of the beauty that he has just rescued, he sees she has more curves that any one woman should – he quickly realize that he is attracted to her.  He’ll have to bide his time, as he needs to show her how a real man treats a woman.

Cupid is alive and well and having a blast on the snow covered mountain. Cassidy and Daniel are two really sweet young people, who are faced with a second chance to have it all – if they can both get past their emotional baggage and general assumptions.

Cassidy knows she needs something different but better than what she had in her past relationship; while Daniel is going through the motion of life, caught up in his own hurt and resentments.

The story has its cupid moments where you have to smile at the things people get up in the name of love and there are the moments where you clench your fist and just hope Cassidy and Daniel can get past the hurt and the anger.
