Back on Blossom Street

Life on Blossom Street has been anything but boring lately. For starters, Lydia, the owner of The Good Yarn, is now Mrs. Brad Goetz. A new flower shop has opened right next store, and one of the employees, Collette Blake, has moved into Lydia’s tiny upstairs apartment.   With spring soon coming, it's time to begin a new knitting class. The theme this time around: a prayer shawl.

First to sign up is Alix Townsend who was also in Lydia's very first class. Engaged to Jordan now, she's in the midst of wedding plans. Plans that seem to be spinning out of her control when her future mother-in-law takes over.

 

Next on the list is Susannah Nelson, the owner of the flower shop. Her business still new and in that struggling stage that all new ventures experience.

 

Collette has also joined the class. A recent widow, the young woman is coming to terms with much more than losing her husband. She's recently left a job she loved after having an affair with her boss and the discovery of a terrible secret.

 

If life wasn't hectic enough already for Lydia, tragedy strikes both her sister and her mother. Ah yes, things are never dull on Blossom Street.
